Telling an organization’s story through customer voices is a powerful way to amplify B2B storytelling and illustrate value proposition. For these to be media-worthy, when possible, it’s important to include data (number of units sold, financial information, implementation timelines, etc.)
Using customers to illustrate a specific industry challenge or pain point is also important as it helps make relevant the challenge that an existing customer has faced (and your organization has helped solve) to prospective customers.
